OHARDelete your OHAR account and data
Request deletion of your OHAR (Online Help Auto Repair) account and its associated personal data. You do not need to sign in or install the app.
What will be deleted
Your OHAR account, its identifier, Telegram or MAX association and personal data linked to the account. Your messenger account is unaffected. Deletion of the OHAR account is irreversible.
IP addresses and security service logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. They are not used to restore a deleted account.
How requests are handled
The OHAR developer will verify account ownership before deleting it to prevent unauthorised requests. Deletion is completed within 30 days after verification. If you have lost messenger access, provide an email address and explanation; reinstalling the app is not required.
Do not submit passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents or payment details. Submitting this form does not verify ownership or complete account deletion.
Form data is used only to locate your account, verify ownership and handle your request. It is stored in a private database until the request is resolved and for no more than 90 days afterwards. Only the request reference and sign-in method are sent to the developer via Telegram; form fields are not sent there.
